Processing time: 

The time I need to create and prepare an order for dispatch varies.  For details, see individual item listings.

 

Custom orders:

I love a new challenge, so please feel free to send me a custom order request at minicottagecreations@gmail.com.

 

Ordering from overseas: 

Contact me for a shipping price at minicottagecreations@gmail.com.

 

Packaging:

All items are sent out using either recycled or recyclable packaging. ♻️

 

Delivery:

UK: DPD tracked or Royal Mail tracked.

Overseas: Fedex or UPS tracked. 

* The above is standard but may vary on occasion.

 

Care instructions:

Where needed, I would recommend spot cleaning, with a damp cloth.

 

Cancellation and return policy:

Requested a cancellation within: 24hr of purchase. 

Contact me to discuss any returns within: 3 days of delivery.

Send items back within: 5 days of return confirmation.​

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Mini Cottage Creations is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
